*Summary*Busy, well established, law firm with multiple locations, seeking an associate attorney to work primarily in real estate (opportunities for other practice areas will be available). Will work directly with a firm shareholder experienced in real estate, development, and transactional law.*Responsibilities** Draft legal documents and correspondence pertaining to real estate law and related matters.* Assist clients with real estate closings.* Review and sign-off on title research.* Draft documents for real estate and business sale transactions.* Work on your own files with the advantage of an experienced mentor in-office.*Qualifications** Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school* Admission to the SC state bar* Strong writing and legal drafting skills* Experience in real estate law and related legal areas helpful, but not required* Excellent communication skillsJob Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Professional development assistance* Retirement plan* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
