Seeking High-Performance Legal Professionals with 6+ Years of Personal Injury Defense Litigation Experience
The Bassett Firm is seeking litigation attorneys with extensive experience defending commercial trucking companies. We offer both in-office and remote work opportunities with flexible compensation packages.

Compensation Structure
- Traditional Billing Structure:
 
- Base salary: $140,000 - $175,000
 - 2,004 annual billing hours
 - Performance and merit bonuses
 - Business development incentives
 
2. Modified Schedule:
- Base salary: $90,000 - $130,000
 - Flexible monthly billing: 90 - 160 hours
 - Performance bonuses
 - Business development incentives

Core Requirements
- 6+ years of substantial personal injury defense litigation experience.
 - Significant experience defending commercial motor carriers.
 - Proven track record of managing complex defense cases from inception through resolution.
 - Leadership experience in depositions, hearings, and mediations.
 - Texas Bar admission and current Texas residence.
