Requires: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, or a related field, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include two (2) years of experience in the following: conducting detailed financial analysis on individual, privately held companies to assess investment opportunities, including forecasting financial statements, valuation analysis, market and competitive analysis, returns analysis and unit economics; working with various debt and preferred equity structures and terms and applying them to individual investments; consumer retail (food and beverages, retail, auto) and natural resources (renewables and chemicals) sector experience; presenting detailed investment analyses to internal committees; and building strong relationships with investors (LPs), companies and other external key stakeholders in the eco-system.
