Requisition ID 42898BR Travel Required None Pay Grade Maximum Salary commensurate with related education, experience and/or skills Major/Essential Functions Assesses patients by obtaining and reviewing health histories, assessing presenting illness and performing an appropriate physical examination; Orders laboratory, diagnostic and screening tests; Develops and implements treatment plans including medications; Educates patients on wellness, illness prevention and disease management; Instructs patients and families regarding medications and treatments; Coordinates care with subspecialists; Prepares and completes timely and accurate documentation for medical records; Collaborates with multidisciplinary team members; Participates in quality improvement, continuing education and patient care programs established by the department, clinic and/or hospital; and Participates in the training and education of residents and medical students.
