Our busy law firm is growing, and we are looking for a workers' compensation attorney who works hard to represent clients well. The prime candidate will work seamlessly with both senior partners as well as administrative staff in an effort to effectively serve clients. If you have at least 3 years of experience in Missouri and Kansas workers' compensation law, can easily use today’s technology, and communicate effectively across all levels, we would love to connect!


We need an A-player, experienced workers' compensation litigation attorney, to handle all aspects of our firm’s workers’ compensation practice.

Compensation:

$115,000 - $150,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative assistants, paralegals, and law clerks
  • Provide legal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs and determining a proper course of action
  • Negotiate settlements and represent clients in hearings
Qualifications:
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office is required
  • Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills required
  • Successful completion of accredited law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree with 2 years of related experience
  • Able to work independently while handling multiple files
  • Licensed in Missouri and Kansas
  • 3+ years experience in Missouri and Kansas work comp claims
  • Past representation of Employee Or Employer suitable
