Key Responsibilities
- Handle a wide range of business disputes from inception to resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision
- Represent clients in court, mediation, and negotiations
- Develop legal strategies in partnership with colleagues
- Advocate strongly for clients' rights and interests
- Stay current through ongoing education and professional development
