Position Details
- Title: Civil Litigation Associate Attorney
- Practice Area: Civil Litigation (Construction Defect, Property Disputes, Boundary Lines)
- Compensation: $160,000 - $230,000/year (dependent on experience) + eligible bonuses
- Location: Seattle, WA
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and deliver high-quality work to supervising attorneys or clients.
- Meet with clients to understand their legal needs and provide counsel.
- Conduct depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Draft legal documents in a timely manner.
- Strategize on case conflicts and approaches.
- Perform legal research and interview clients or witnesses.
- Interpret laws and regulations for individuals and businesses.
Qualifications
- Active member of the Washington State Bar Association.
- Minimum of 7 years of litigation experience (less or more considered based on expertise).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to client service and professional development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with PracticeMaster, TABS3, and Worldox is a plus.
