As a Litigation Associate, you'll be trusted with a broad range of civil litigation tasks, including drafting pleadings and motions, attending court hearings, managing discovery, and conducting depositions. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cases from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Appear in court for hearings and other proceedings
• Take and defend depositions
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy and case planning

Qualifications:

• Prior litigation experience strongly preferred
• Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
• Excellent academic credentials
• Superior research, writing, and analytical skills

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range of $155,000 – $175,000
