Compensation:

• Base salary: $165,000 to $190,000+
• Performance-based bonuses

Job Duties:

• Manage civil litigation cases involving general liability, premises, and municipal matters
• Represent commercial and retail clients directly—no adjusters involved
• Conduct discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances
• Collaborate closely with in-house counsel on litigation strategy
• Billable target: 1800–2000, with flexibility

Candidate Qualifications:

• Civil litigator with a background in general liability or corporate defense
• Strong client communication skills, especially with commercial or municipal entities
• California Bar admission and solid writing/advocacy abilities
