Personal Injury Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients who have suffered due to the negligence of others. The attorney will be responsible for representing clients in various aspects of personal injury cases, ensuring their rights are protected and pursued diligently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis to support client cases.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Advise clients on legal rights and options related to their personal injury claims.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals and expert witnesses as needed for case preparation.
  • Manage case files and maintain accurate records of all legal proceedings and communications.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations in personal injury and related fields.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the state.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of tort law and litigation procedures.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in legal writing and analysis.
  • Experience in trial preparation and client counseling.

Salary - $120,000 - $150,000 + bonus
