Healthcare Attorney - Middletown, WI Attorney Lawyer Insurance Company Litigation Policy Development Transaction _. Seeking a Senior Healthcare Attorney to support Claims, Policy Development, Risk Management and other departments of major insurance company clients with legal and regulatory risk associated with Pharmacy Retail Business and Pharmacy Warehouse operations. Activities: *** Provide legal advice on regulatory, transactional, legislative, agency enforcement, and other healthcare and pharmacy related legal and compliance issues. *** Review, evaluate, draft, and negotiate healthcare and pharmacy contract terms to protect clients. *** Assess legal and regulatory risk associated with Pharmacy RBU and Pharmacy Warehouse activities & initiatives. *** Interact with regulatory agencies to respond to agency inquiries and resolve agency concerns and administrative enforcement actions against clients. Required Qualifications: *** Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. *** Member of Bar Association. *** Pharmacy Law or general Healthcare Law practice experience.
