The law office of Jack P. Stewart is seeking an *Attorney* to join our well-established *Elder Law and Estate Planning practice.**What you will do:*- Probate estate administration. Complete probate documents for various counties and represent the Executor/Administrator throughout the estate administration process. Ability to understand and apply probate laws per the ORC and local court rules.- Trust administration. Understand and apply the specifics of a trust document and Ohio Trust law in the firm's representation of Trustees.- Estate planning. Draft estate planning documents to meet individualized client needs.- Elder Law.
