  • Influence Settlements: Contribute to mediation and settlement strategies that achieve the best outcomes for clients.

What You Bring

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership
  • 4+ years of law and motion work with strong employment law litigation experience
  • Proven excellence in legal research, analysis, and writing (writing sample required)
  • Mastery of California and federal court rules and procedures
  • Ability to independently drive complex projects in fast-moving litigation
  • Passion for social justice and advocacy for employees

Why Join This Firm

  • Outstanding Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, plus $500 FSA contribution
  • Elite Retirement Savings: 3% Safe Harbor + 7% Profit Sharing 401(k) plan
  • Career Development: Paid bar dues, MCLE allowance, and ongoing legal workshops

This is more than a position—it's an opportunity to influence precedent, shape workplace rights, and grow your career with one of the top employment law firms in the country.
