Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal representation and counsel for businesses
- Draft employee handbooks, employment agreements, and compensation structures
- Advise businesses on EEOC compliance
- Manage employment law caseload from inception through resolution, including discovery, hearings, mediation, ADR, settlement negotiations, and trial if needed

Salary Range: $175,000 - $225,000
