My client currently has 77 attorneys specializing in a wide range of practice areas. They seek to provide sound business advice from incorporation to ongoing day-to-day management, whether it involves advising on corporate structure, employment advice, counsel, leasing, real estate development, or all facets of litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal representation in estate planning, trust administration, estate administration, and probate matters
• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
• Advise clients regarding income and estate tax strategies
• Manage probate proceedings and trust administration processes
• Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and results-driven service
