Based in Cedar Grove, New Jersey, this position is ideal for a confident litigator who thrives on autonomy, client engagement, and hands-on case strategy. You'll manage a diverse docket of employment litigation matters—including discrimination, harassment, and wage-and-hour disputes—while working closely with a team recognized by Best Law Firms® (2025) and Chambers USA for excellence in Labor & Employment Law.

What You'll Do

• Represent employers in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies
• Handle all phases of litigation—from discovery through trial or resolution
• Advise clients on workplace policies, compliance, and dispute avoidance
• Collaborate with a team of seasoned litigators while maintaining independent control of your caseload
• Engage in direct client communication and strategy development

What You Bring

• Active New York Bar membership (New Jersey Bar preferred or willingness to obtain)
• Strong background in labor and employment defense litigation
• Demonstrated success in handling discrimination, harassment, and workplace disputes
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
• Self-sufficient, organized, and proactive approach to managing cases

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $150,000 – $200,000+

Bonuses:

• Year-end discretionary bonus
• Additional monthly bonus opportunity based on billable performance
