In this full-time, onsite role, you'll be empowered from day one. Expect real litigation responsibility—drafting pleadings and motions, conducting and defending depositions, arguing motions, and preparing for trial. Client interaction is meaningful and ongoing, with a strong emphasis on guiding individuals through complex and emotionally charged employment matters.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $120,000–$200,000+
