Key Responsibilities:
- Represent landlords in eviction and landlord-tenant litigation, including unlawful detainer cases
 - Provide legal counsel on lease agreements, business formations, and other transactional matters
 - Work with state and federal landlord-tenant and foreclosure statutes
 - Maintain direct client contact and manage your own caseload
 - Optional: Handle lender defense or real estate litigation as part of your docket
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in landlord-tenant and eviction law
 - Familiarity with transactional work (leases, contracts, entity formation)
 - Comfortable with litigation from intake through trial
 - Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
 
Compensation & Perks:
- Salary Range: $175,000 - $225,000
 - Bonus Structure: Yes
 - Commission Pay: Yes (for business generation)
