Lindstrom Law is hiring an Associate Attorney to join our organized, fast-paced criminal defense team. You’ll begin by shadowing hearings, client calls, and express consent proceedings while learning how our systems work. We focus on DUI, domestic violence, and select felony cases, and we operate in a structured environment where precision and professionalism matter.
This role is best suited for someone dependable, people-savvy, and confident with technology. You should be comfortable navigating tools like Clio (or a similar case management system), ICCES, and Microsoft 365 without extra hand-holding: our team values sound initiative and self-sufficiency.

$85,000 - $100,000 base
Responsibilities:- Determine case strategies and solutions to serve clients’ needs after analysis
- Counsel clients by assessing options and determining the best course of action for a successful outcome
- Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings
- Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs
- Successful completion of accredited law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree with 2 years of related experience
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in a law firm environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary
- Work independently while handling a heavy caseload
- Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills required
