We are seeking a dedicated _*Nevada *_Licensed Attorney (*0-5 years* of experience) to join our legal team. This is an opportunity for hands-on learning and development as an attorney with proactive direction and assistance in a collegial team environment. The right person for this role will have strong writing skills, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail, and pragmatic problem-solving approaches. Responsibilities involve research, analysis, and drafting (letters, reports, pleadings, etc.) and will include communicating with clients, counsel, and experts. We offer a collaborative environment but you must be self-motivated and able to exercise independent judgment. While the job is on-site, we offer the flexibility to work remotely as needed. Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required. Civil litigation experience is preferred. Applicants _*must*_ *have a Nevada Bar License* or have recently passed the bar and are pending licensing.

*Responsibilities*
- Conduct legal research and analysis in various practice areas
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases
- Utilize tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis for legal research
*Qualifications*
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the Nevada state bar and in good standing
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Experience in civil litigation is preferred
- Ability to research legal issues thoroughly and efficiently
- Excellent negotiation skills and attention to detail
