Though we have posted a salary range, we are always willing to discuss additional compensation for candidates with commensurate experience.
Compensation:$80,000 - $150,000
Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations in the MDSW - Columbia office and facilitate its growth.
- Provide legal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs and determining a proper course of action.
- Work closely with support staff to ensure a top-tier client experience
- Effectively and efficiently handle a caseload of over 100+ personal injury cases
- Negotiate and resolve pre-suit cases in a timely manner for top-dollar
- Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action
- Be able to appropriately communicate with clients
- Appear in court on behalf of clients
- Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies
- 3 or more years of practice, ideally in personal injury
- Trial Experience
- Familiarity with Litify is a plus
- Must currently be in good standing in South Carolina
- Ability to effectively handle 100-plus cases
