The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team of professionals.Responsibilities:The candidate will have experience in managing a caseload from inception to trial, conducting depositions, meeting and working with clients, meeting with expert witnesses, drafting motions and discovery demands and responses, drafting pleadings, mediations and/or arbitrations, and handling all aspects of a case up to and including trial.Qualifications:-Minimum of 7+ years of general liability, construction law, insurance law, labor law and personal injury litigation experience.-NY Bar admission required.-Experience working on New York Labor Law litigation matters in State court. Federal Court a plus.- Ability to handle complex litigation matters from inception to trial.
