An established, growth-minded Real Estate group is hiring a senior transactional attorney to first-chair complex borrower- and lender-side financings. You'll negotiate loan agreements and related documents, collaborate with partners and clients, and keep multifaceted deals moving—while enjoying sophisticated work in a supportive, quality-of-life culture.
Compensation:
- Salary $350,000 - $500,000 base + bonus, commensurate with experience. Annual business-development budget $2,500–$10,000, depending on seniority.
Deal Leadership:
- Serve as first chair on real estate financings; negotiate loan agreements and ancillary docs; draft/revise JV, LLC, and purchase & sale agreements; coordinate teams to meet deadlines.
Experience Profile:
- 10–15+ years of real estate transactions; proven leadership on finance matters required; JV/syndication experience preferred; exceptional drafting, negotiation, and client-relationship skills; ability to mentor juniors.
Workload & Setting:
- 1,800 billable hours annually; in-office preferred with some hybrid flexibility.
