A respected Pasadena law firm is seeking a mid-level Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice focused on real estate and homeowner association matters. This role offers immediate case responsibility, mentorship from experienced trial lawyers, and the chance to guide junior associates.

What You'll Do

• Manage cases from inception through trial, including discovery, depositions, motions, and hearings
• Advise clients directly and draft demand letters
• Collaborate with partners and mentor junior attorneys
• Gain first and second-chair trial opportunities

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience (5+ ideal) in real estate, HOA, construction defect, business, or related fields
• Strong legal writing, research, and courtroom advocacy skills
• Confident, collaborative, and committed to integrity
• Active California Bar license

Compensation & Benefits

• $140,000 – $200,000+ DOE, with quarterly bonuses

Work Schedule

• Hybrid: 3 days in-office, flexible hours
• 120 monthly billables (1440 annually) with incentives for 1800–2000
