Mission Recruiting is proudly assisting a San Diego-based boutique real estate law firm seeking a skilled litigation attorney to join its growing landlord services team. This fully remote role offers the autonomy to manage your own caseload while contributing to a collaborative legal environment focused on landlord-side unlawful detainer and landlord-tenant litigation.

In this position, you'll handle eviction matters from intake through resolution, including court appearances, motion practice, negotiations, and client consultations. The role is ideal for a litigator confident in their ability to independently manage cases and effectively represent property owners in high-stakes disputes.

Highlights:

• Fully remote role (Southern California-based candidates only)
• $150,000–$200,000+ base salary + bonuses
• 120–130 billable hours/month (1440 – 1560 annually)
• Quarterly performance and origination bonuses
• $400/month health stipend + $380 remote setup stipend
• Paid bar dues, CLEs, and professional memberships

Requirements:

• Licensed in California
• Litigation experience required; real estate or UD background preferred
• Strong communication, drafting, and advocacy skills
• Ability to make in-person court appearances for all major Southern CA counties as needed (San Diego, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, & Ventura)
