Ladah Law Firm seeks to hire a full-time attorney to join our team of litigators. The ideal candidate will have 5 + years of experience as a litigator.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

* Drafting briefs, motions, and pleadings, including motions in limine and trial briefs.
* Arguing motions.
* Reviewing deposition transcripts and identifying critical testimony.
* Assisting in all aspects of the trial preparation process.
* Conducting legal research in order to draft original, creative legal arguments.
* Conducting/defending depositions.
* Preparing written discovery and responding to the same.
