Toxic Tort Associate Attorney – Be Part of the Action in Los Angeles
Contribute your litigation experience to high-stakes toxic tort cases at a nationally respected defense firm. The Los Angeles office seeks a motivated Associate Attorney to join its collaborative, high-performing litigation team. Here, your efforts are recognized, and your career growth is supported.
What to Expect:
- Represent prominent clients in asbestos and toxic tort cases
- Hands-on litigation: depositions, motion work, court filings
- Participate in trial prep and national strategy sessions
- Hybrid schedule with 2 office days each week
Your Profile:
- 3–6 years of litigation experience in toxic tort, environmental, or general liability
- Licensed to practice in California
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
