Ray Quinney & Nebeker, a prominent and respected Salt Lake City law firm, is looking for an experienced trust and estate planning attorney to join its rapidly growing Trust and Estate Planning Group. Recent graduates with exceptional credentials may be considered.

Qualifications

  1. Experience in drafting estate planning, business, and tax planning documents for closely held business owners including revocable trusts, wills, irrevocable trusts, business entities and filings.
  2. Strong organizational, research, and writing skills and ability to independently manage client relationships and caseloads with minimal oversight.
  3. Member of the Utah State Bar, or if not currently a member, applicants must be a member of the bar of another state and be able to get licensed in Utah.
  4. An LL.M. in tax or estate planning, or an accounting degree is preferred.
