Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our dynamic audit team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading audit engagements, supervising junior staff, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This position offers an opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to the growth of our firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion in accordance with firm and industry standards.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process.
- Prepare and review financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
- Identify and assess risks, develop audit plans, and execute audit procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their queries and providing exceptional service.
- Assist in the development and implementation of audit methodologies and tools.
Qualifications
- CPA Eligible or equivalent accounting qualification.
- Proven experience in audit or public accounting, with a minimum of 2-5 years in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards.
- Experience with CCH Engagement software is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
