Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Audit Senior to join our dynamic team. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working both remotely and in-office, allowing for a balanced work-life environment. The Audit Senior will play a crucial role in managing audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional service to our clients in various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion while ensuring compliance with applicable standards
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support in their professional development
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs and expectations, fostering strong professional relationships
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Identify and assess risk areas, developing audit strategies to mitigate potential issues
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in auditing and public accounting
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public accounting, specifically in external audit
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members
