Auditor Assistant at Firstsource
Job Description
Job Summary:
Audit Assistant will assist the audit team with ongoing oversight and audits of the network law firms and ad-hoc client requests. The audit team works closely with our network of law firms, clients, and other internal departments.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist with audits of law firms within the legal network for client and regulatory compliance
- Compile data from the law firms and perform review for accuracy and compliant work efforts
- Review updates on policies and procedures and confirm law firms are complying with updates
- Ensure timely handling of client requests and deliverables
- Act as a liaison with the clients to escalate and resolve findings timely
- Collaborate with the team to develop audit procedure enhancements and efficiencies as needed
- Review client and network firm related reports to ensure the previous day's work has been captured as required
- Tracking compliance items and deliverables accurately and timely
- Following up with firms and internal employees as needed to keep tasks within client timelines
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills and computer literacy, specifically Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Understanding of clerical procedures and systems
- Ability to work with team members and independently
Compensation & Benefits:
- $22-$26 per hour depending on experience
