• Assemble and wire control panels and machine‑side electrical controls per approved designs and customer specifications.
• Troubleshoot wiring/circuits and solve issues such as poke‑yokes and cycle‑time bottlenecks.
• Record changes, surface problems, and report progress to the project team.
• Support build success across cost, quality, timing, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Partner with all departments during build, debug, and runoff.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferably 2 years of electrical experience, ideally in equipment building.
• Skill in electrical installation, repair, and PLC wiring.
• Team‑oriented, able to take direction and work independently.
• Willingness to travel.

We are open to training an entry‑level candidate with solid electrical knowledge who wants to build a career in automation wiring and panel building.

• Pay: $20.00 – $32.00 per hour (DOE)
