Position Summary The Automotive Inventory Photographer is responsible for photographing new and pre-owned vehicles for our website and online listings. All equipment, tools, and technology platforms are provided. This position does not require editing or professional photography experience — just attention to detail, consistency, and a sense of pride in creating the online experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities Photograph all incoming vehicle inventory according to dealership presentation standards Capture simple walk-around videos (clean, one-take style — we will train you) Upload and tag photos and videos into our inventory management system (training provided) Stage vehicles to look their best (wipe down surfaces, remove stickers, align wheels, etc.) Work with service and sales teams to prioritize which vehicles need photos first Maintain the photo area and dealership-provided equipment Assist with light merchandising tasks such as window labels and lot organization Qualifications No professional photography experience required — we will train the right person Comfortable using a camera or smartphone Strong attention to detail and pride in consistent quality Ability to work independently and manage workflow efficiently Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Compensation & Perks $20/hr starting pay Performance bonuses based on sales, speed and accuracy standards Full benefits package (health, 401k, PTO) All equipment and technology provided — no personal camera needed No editing required — just capture and upload Real growth opportunities in media, marketing, and inventory management Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $20 - $25 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
