Noble Biomaterials, Inc is currently seeking a Textile Production Technician for our 10am-8pm shift Monday-Thursday. 


  • Starting Pay: $20.00/hour

  • Extra $1.00/hour during 2nd shift hours (3pm-8pm)
  • Weekly Pay Get Paid Every Thursday!

What Youll Do:

  • Measure and mix chemicals following a recipe.
  • Adjust controls according to regulations, monitor gauges and other instruments to maintain conditions. 
  • Submerge and continually physically move fabric in chemical bath adhering to specified time for processing.
  • Input data into computer system.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Complete production records and follow process instructions.
  • Identify fabric types and check quality requirements.
  • Run and troubleshoot machines and reactors.
  • Prepare product samples for lab testing.
  • Assist team members and cross-train in other areas.


Job Flexibility
Employees in this position may be assigned to different work areas or job duties based on production demands. Applicants should be comfortable learning new tasks and adapting to changing priorities.

  • Ability to follow work instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures
  • Ability to understand and follow safety policies and procedures
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
  • Basic computer skills
  • Basic Mechanical Skills  
  • Detail oriented 

What Were Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or GED 

  • Age 18+ with reliable transportation

  • Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred

  • Must wear a respirator frequently

  • Work in varied indoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
