Position Overview:

The Automotive Operator plays a critical role in supporting day-to-day operations at the dealership or service center. Responsibilities include phone answering,  vehicle movement, scheduling customer shuttle service. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and has a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field incoming calls for service and sales
• Organize and schedule service appointments
• Call and engage with customers on setting recall and declined work service repair appointments
• Basic filing done in general business development office
• Scheduling mobile service and pick up and delivery work offered by Ford and the dealership

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Friendly, customer-service-oriented attitude
• Ability to work some evenings until 7pm
