$28 to $32/Flat Rate (Based on Experience)

We're looking for a solid B-Level Automotive Technician to join our growing team in Evansville, IN. If you're a skilled tech who thrives on challenges and has a passion for continuous learning and team success — we want to talk to you!

• Perform repairs and maintenance across all makes and models

• Handle suspension work, timing chains, brakes, and general repairs

• Conduct basic diagnostics and electrical repairs

• Write estimates and communicate clearly with service advisors

• Weld when required

• Consistently produce 30+ billed hours/week

• Maintain a professional, organized work ethic

• Participate in ongoing training and career development

• Work collaboratively in a team-oriented, family-owned environment

• Proven B-Level technician experience

• Solid understanding of automotive systems & diagnostics

• ASE certifications are a plus (must be willing to obtain)

• Ability to weld and handle light electrical work

• Strong DVI and computer skills

• Positive attitude and team-first mentality

• Motivated to grow and advance professionally

• Ability to write estimates and communicate effectively

• Must have a track record of reliability and performance

Pay: $28 to $32 flat rate (based on experience)
Tool Allowance: $500/year
