Position Overview — Sales and Project Manager:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales and Project Manager to lead customer relationships from initial inquiry through successful delivery. This hybrid role bridges sales development and project execution, supporting both revenue growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial instincts with disciplined project leadership to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the sales lifecycle: respond to inquiries, develop quotes, negotiate pricing, and close deals

  • Manage customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact throughout project fulfillment

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with airline, government, and OEM clients

  • Monitor project KPIs, update stakeholders, and escalate risks proactively
