Position Overview:We’re seeking an experienced and hands-on Back of House Manager to lead our high-volume restaurant, bakery, and catering operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in leading, organizing, and inspiring others to deliver excellence every day.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and coordinate all back-of-house operations across restaurant, bakery, and catering departments
- Manage, train, and motivate a large team (up to 70 employees)
- Develop and execute production plans to meet operational and quality goals
- Handle food and supply ordering, inventory control, and cost management
- Prepare and manage employee schedules and payroll
- Ensure compliance with sanitation, food safety, and health standards
- Work closely with the General Manager to maintain efficiency, consistency, and team morale
- Proven management experience in a high-volume food service operation
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive under pressure
- Experience in production planning and inventory management preferred
- Culinary experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
