Backwaiter at Da Toscano

We are looking for a talented, experienced, and professional Backwaiter to join our team.

We are seeking individuals who take pride in hospitality, hold themselves and their teammates to high standards, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume fine dining environment. Our goal is to build a team that consistently delivers thoughtful, efficient, and engaging experiences to every guest who dines with us.

APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:

• Prior experience as a Backwaiter or Food Runner in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant
• Flexible availability including weekends/holidays.
• Strong communication skills and an ability to multitask while maintaining composure in a demanding environment.
• A collaborative and professional attitude with a keen attention to detail.
• The ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and lift/move up to 40 lbs.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Communicating effectively with the Expo and FOH team to ensure a smooth, seamless guest experience.
• Supporting Captains and Expo by delivering food, beverages, and table settings with precision and efficiency.
• Clearing, resetting, and maintaining tables throughout service.
• Assisting with polishing glassware, silverware, and serviceware.
• Ensuring the dining room and workspaces remains clean, organized, and service-ready at all times.
