Delaware North Travel is hiring a full-time Baker to join our team at Buffalo Airport in Buffalo, New York. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing bakery products and ensuring all items are served in a timely manner.

Shift: Tim Hortons Overnight Baker 1 am-9:30 am

On July 10, 2025, Delaware North announced its US-based Travel Hospitality Services (THS) business will be sold to Areas, a global leader in travel dining and retail. • Follow recipe portion sizes and quality standards
• Ensure proper baking temperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties according to proper guidelines
• Keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, and sufficiently stocked

• Basic math skills to understand, calculate, and follow recipe measurements and proportions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
• Previous baking experience
• Ability to follow procedures and take directions
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
