Our client, a prestigious Am Law 200 firm, is seeking an Associate to join its Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Practice Group in the Tampa office.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years (2022 TO 2024 LAW SCHOOL GRAD ONLY) of bankruptcy experience, or completion of a bankruptcy judicial clerkship.
- Admission (or pending admission) to the Florida Bar.
- Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated legal writing ability.
- Commercial litigation experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
