What Will You Do?

  • Review the BEO and day work assignments with supervisor.
  • Correctly and efficiently set up and break down all department functions. Clean and wipe down tables and chairs if necessary. If something needs to be deep cleaned or repaired, please notify direct supervisor.
  • Always keep function room area and storage areas clean and neat.
  • Return all equipment not in use to proper storage area in clean condition before the end of each shift.
  • Assist guests whenever possible, referring all requests which are beyond scope of responsibility immediately to supervisor.
  • Follow all SOPs, policies, procedures and regulations as noted
  • Be familiar with the various types of workable setups for each function room.
  • Check the temperature and see if all lights are working and adjusted properly.
  • Assist banquet staff as needed.
  • Assist and support in other organizational tasks within the Food and Beverage Department
  • Notify supervisor of any damaged equipment for repair.
  • Available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends
  • Get along well with others and be a team player
  • Other duties will be assigned as needed

What You Bring:

  • Previous experience servicing events in a fast-paced restaurant or event’s space preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED

Salary Range:

$22-25 per hour
