Barback at Manong

Job Duties

1. Carrying Bus Tubs of Dirty Dishes from the First Floor Dining Room to our Basement Kitchen
2. Clearing Dirty Dishes & Glassware; maintaining organization of these in our Server Station
3. Assisting with restocking clean dishes in the Kitchen & Dining Room
4. Assisting Bartenders with cleaning & polishing glassware.
5. Assisting Bartenders with bar prep & changing kegs. 
6. Cleaning & Resetting Tables in the Dining Room
7. Maintaining Communication with Hosts, Servers, Bartenders, and Management to help turn tables efficiently

Expectations & Physical Demands

1. Attend scheduled shifts on time and in accordance with dress code and appearance guidelines
2. Fair notice of availability changes and time off requests 
3. Demonstrating the ability to learn & grow in the restaurant
4. This position will require the employee to regularly lift, push, pull or carry items up to 50 lbs in weight (trays of food, bus tubs, etc)
5. This position requires the employee to stand for extended periods of time 
6. This position will require the employee to regularly climb stairs, ramps or uneven surfaces.
