Barista at Rosaluna Cafe

We’re looking for a friendly, passionate, and reliable Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate loves coffee, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in creating excellent beverages and customer experiences.

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages.

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service.

• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and POS systems efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including counters, tables, and equipment.

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

• Restock supplies, ingredients, and merchandise as needed.

• Assist in opening and closing duties according to café procedures.

• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.

• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Previous experience as a barista or in customer service preferred (training available).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
