Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Promotes coffee consumption by educating customers; selling coffee and coffee grinding and brewing equipment, accessories, and supplies; preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks
- Prepare and serve drinks that meet quality standards
- Properly handle and maintain all equipment
- Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
- Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings
- Observe relevant health and safety standards
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- Interests in coffee program, must be passionate about coffee
- Active TABC certification required
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred
- Strong ability to multitask
- Ability to problem solve quickly
- Strong customer service and communication skills

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of being on your feet per shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
