Bartender at Carina Sorella

Carina Sorella the latest addition to the DRC Collective (Trattoria Carina, Pub & Kitchen, and The Diving Horse), is looking to add experienced, hardworking & hospitality driven Bartenders to our team. Located in the heart of the main line in Bryn Mawr, Carina Sorella focuses on providing our neighborhood with delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere. It's a charming and easygoing restaurant, whose name means “Darling Sister” in Italian. 

Our menu changes seasonally, but always features a variety of homemade pastas, pizzas, and classic Italian dishes, made up of the freshest ingredients. We also have a full bar program, featuring an expansive wine list, and a rotating selection of cocktails and beer. 

We are searching for personable individuals with a strong attention to detail and a drive to provide great hospitality. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent service and warmth to our bar guests, while crafting both classic cocktails and creative riffs on established favorites. We are a tight-knit company of enthusiastic industry professionals with big growth on the horizon, and many opportunities for personal and professional development. 

Qualified candidates should have:

• At least 2 years experience in a fast-paced dining establishment that serves a high volume of guests. 
• Comprehensive knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a clean workspace.
• Honesty and trustworthiness.
• Passion for great fare and amazing service.
• Strong leadership & excellent communication skills.
• Personable and professional demeanor.
• Strong work ethic.
• Open availability to work weekends and afternoons.
