Job Description

Hours:

Wed-Sun dinner only

Consistent availability is necessary for a small team

Weekend availability is a must

Bar Stuff

  • Round building 
  • Strong technique stirring and shaking (boston shaker)
  • competence with a cobbler shaker is a plus
  • Processing and cutting ice 
  • Keep workspace clean, organized and optimized
  • Deep knowledge and ability to execute classic and modern classic cocktails
  • Ability to execute Milk & Honey style bartender’s choice is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and organize service and hospitality tasks
  • Strong spirits knowledge (all categories)
  • Wine knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to contribute to a rapidly changing seasonal menu is a plus
  • Ability to contribute to backbar is a plus


Restaurant Stuff

  • Toast POS
  • Remember and execute the specific steps of service of the restaurant
  • Mastery of the savory and desert menu
  • Understanding of coursing and dinner pace
  • Active listening and anticipating guests needs
  • Mastery of seating chart and seat positions

Personality Stuff

  • Curiosity, lifelong learner, student of hospitality, food and beverage
  • Strong listener

Physical

  • Stand for 4-6 hours
  • Lift 50 lbs
