Exciting new venture in the West Village from Perle raw bar!
We are seeking talented and passionate bartenders. Someone who is super outgoing and has a stylish flair, effortlessly cool and knows their drinks!! This is an opportunity to work in a professional and lively environment and be part of a dynamic service team for the introduction of cocktails to an already established wine bar. Duties include:
- Full knowledge of beverages, including wine BTG, house cocktails, spirits and beers. Wine certification is a plus but not needed.
- Quality guest experience and professionalism. Must enjoy designing an experience for each guest and throwing a party every night!
- Following all service/ DOH standards
- Basic drink prep/ garnish sidework
- Tracking all payments and completing closing reports
2+ years of experience in New York City hospitality service or similar experience is preferred.
