Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of classic cocktails, signature drinks, and other beverages in accordance with our high standards.
• Offer wine pairings and have a proficient understanding of our wine list to assist guests in their selections.
• Maintain an immaculate bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Engage with guests to provide a memorable and personalized dining experience.
• Manage inventory and restock bar supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing education and training in mixology, wine knowledge, and customer service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a fine dining or upscale bar setting (minimum 3 years preferred).
• Exceptional knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Comprehensive understanding of wines, spirits, and cocktails.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
• Current food handler's and alcohol serving certifications.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
