Tigre is currently seeking a Bartender to join our dynamic bar team.
Under the leadership of Managing Partner / Executive Bar Director William Elliott (Maison Premiere, Tigre NYC), this role offers the opportunity to contribute to one of New York’s most distinctive cocktail programs — a richly detailed environment defined by warm hospitality, precision, and poise.

This is a full-time position and requires flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years experience in a fast-paced, cocktail-centric environment

• Deep knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, as well as an eagerness to learn new techniques and recipes

• Strong understanding of spirits and liqueurs — production methods, regional distinctions, and brand recognition

• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds, and to stand for extended periods

• Comfortable with repetitive motions such as walking, bending, and shaking

• Full schedule availability required

• Must demonstrate grace under pressure, openness to feedback, and enthusiasm for collaborative teamwork

Service Responsibilities

• Provide a level of hospitality that is warm, knowledgeable, and sincerely attentive

• Accommodate guests thoughtfully, ensuring each individual feels welcome and well cared for

• Execute cocktails with precision, consistency, and artistry in accordance with Tigre standards

• Maintain a deep awareness of service flow, timing, and pacing, adjusting attentively to each guest’s experience

• Identify and communicate any issues to management promptly

• Follow and uphold established steps of service and bar protocols

• Lead by example in professionalism, efficiency, and composure
